Purpose: At South Salem Presbyterian Church, we gather in God's presence to experience and share the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. We seek the transformation of our hearts and minds through Christ's command to love God and neighbor. We believe we are all embarked on a journey to discover what this means for us and we are committed to doing this together.

Focus: At South Salem Presbyterian Church, we provide a community of faith that is strengthened by God's gifts of love, forgiveness and everlasting life.
We do this through worship, pastoral care, and through lifelong spiritual education. We strive to create a sacred space where all can cultivate their relationship with God and each other and where all can seek a deeper understanding of God's presence in their lives.

Values: At South Salem Presbyterian Church, in our circles of fellowship and service, study and prayer, we welcome those from every tradition or none and from every background or personal situation. We recognize and seek to develop the broad diversity of talents within our community. We listen for God's voice in our families, workplaces, and among our neighbors.
